Meet Julia Harkins, LCSW
I start my work with clients by meeting you where you are at, seeking to truly see you and understand your experience in this world. I tailor my approach to each unique client and pull from several modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and utilize EMDR for addressing pain and trauma from the past.
My lead qualities are compassion, pragmatism, authenticity, and warmth. Although I utilize evidenced-based interventions-successful therapy is also about connection and providing a safe place to heal, grow, and do the hard work that allows us to thrive. I offer individual therapy, in-person and telehealth.
